We utilize PostgreSQL's native Row-Level Security. This means authorization is enforced at the database kernel level. No query can ever return data that doesn't belong to your authenticated user ID.
PCI-Compliant Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Freq.AI never stores your credit card information on our servers.
End-to-End Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption standards. Direct links to your audio files are signed and time-limited.
Private by Default
Your uploads are private by default. Our AI analysis engine processes your tracks in an isolated, ephemeral environment and deletes specific processing artifacts immediately after analysis.
